Meet Cinde Gross

Practice Manager Cinde Gross
Practice Manager, Cinde Gross has been with Northtowns Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since May of 2008. She is a graduate of Bryant and Stratton Business Institute, and she holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting. She began her career by working in family practice for 20 years where she progressed in practice management.

Cinde is an active member of the JAWS Society which is the leading source of formal and informal education opportunities for Oral and Maxillofacial Practice Managers across the country. She is an avid animal lover which is her reason for volunteering at the Buffalo Zoo, and she is also an avid Buffalo Bills fan!

 

Meet Dave Chalmers

Dental Implant Manager Dave Chalmers
Dave Chalmers is the Dental Implant Manager for our Practice. He began working in oral surgery in 2005 as a dental implant specialist for a major implant manufacturer and began working for Northtowns Oral Surgery in 2008. Dave has 10 years of experience in the dental field and works closely with our referring offices to provide a high level of care for our implant patients. You will most likely not meet Dave but he will have been actively involved behind the scenes with your dentist to make sure everything is ready to go for a successful treatment outcome. When he’s not working with dental implants, he enjoys spending time with his wife Katie, and their twin daughters, Lindsey and Morgan, and serving in his local church in Clarence.

 

Meet Julie Branch

julie-schallerJulie Branch grew up in the town of Lancaster. She attended Bryant and Stratton Business Institute where she received an Associate’s degree in Visual Communications.  Julie spent 12 years in food service management until she accepted a position as a receptionist in the medical field. Her employment with Northtowns Oral Surgery began in 2008 as a receptionist, but Julie now serves a dual role as the Site Supervisor of our E. Amherst location as well as the Implant Coordinator.
Julie moved to Niagara County with her two children in January 2013 and currently lives in the Village of Wilson. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, as well as doing construction on her dream home which is just walking distance from Lake Ontario.

 

Meet Gail Gatas

Gail Gatas is the Site Supervisor for the Tonawanda office.  She began her career with Northtowns Oral surgery in 2008.  After a long career with Kids R Us, in 2004 she went back to school and became a certified medical secretary after which she worked for a large primary care office for a number of years.   Gail’s main objective as the Site Supervisor is to ensure that our patients have the best experience we can provide.

 

 

 

 

 

Meet Vanessa Campbell, CPC

Billing & Coding Manager, Vanessa CampbellBilling & Coding Manager, Vanessa Campbell, CPC has been a Certified Professional Coder since 2006 and started with NTOMFS in December of 2016. She began her career in the medical/dental office setting as a dental assistant more than 20 years ago, moving on to billing, coding and billing management with various private medical and dental practices. Vanessa has been a member of the AAPC (American Association of Professional Coders) since 2005 and currently holds the position of Buffalo Chapter Secretary. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, exploring WNY, and spending time with her two adult children, family and friends.

    

      

        

Meet Cherie Skabry

Lockport Site Supervisor Cherie SkabryAfter graduating from Kenmore West, Cherie Skabry attended SUNY @ Cobleskill. She earned her AAS degree in Animal Husbandry, and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society, and cheerleading captain for the Tigers. All four of her children grew up through the Lockport School systems, where Cherie held several positions and was close with the community at large. She became a team member of Northtowns Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2004, and was elevated to Scheduling Coordinator in 2011. Cherie has continued her love of animals throughout her life, as an active volunteer with the 4H group in Niagara County and numerous animal rescue groups as well. Today, she and her husband Alex have an active household with three cats and three dogs, (two dogs are on loan, as her son serves overseas in the USAF). Her off hours are spent with family, or on her hobbies, which include gardening, crafts, traveling and cake decorating.  Cherie and Alex live in Lincoln Woods and attend The Chapel at Crosspoint.
